Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Pursuant to the order passed by this Court instructions received from the office of respondent-bank dated 20.12.2021 was placed before the Court, same is taken on record.
From perusal of the same, it is clear that relief sought for by the petitioner has already been granted hence no further order is required to be passed.
In this view of the same, present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
