At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has already been stood redressed by the department and no cause of action survives, hence the petitioner wants to withdraw the petition without any further liberty.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn without any further liberty.
