JUDGMENT / ORDER

ORDER:
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. No counter affidavit is filed even after lapse of six years of filing the Writ Petition.
The petitioner states that he is the absolute owner and possessor of the property bearing Municipal No. 6-3-95 (Old No.3-95) admeasuring 112.88 square yards situated at Balanagar, Kukatpally Municipality, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District having purchased the same through a registered sale deed dated 3.3.2008. At the time of purchase of the said property, there were two rooms and they were in dilapidated condition. After purchasing the said property, he started renovation of the said property as per G.O.Ms.No.86 MA, dated 3.3.2006, G.O.Ms.No.171 Ma, dated 19.4.2006 and G.O.Ms.No.623 MA, dated 1.12.2006. While so, the officials of the respondent came to the said property in the last week of August, 2008 and threatened to demolition the property. Thereafter on 02.09.2008 the respondent officials demolished a portion of the wall in the said property. It is the case of the petitioner that no notice was issued prior to demolition of the property. Challenging the said action of the respondent, the present Writ Petition was filed.
This Court by order dated 08.09.2008 directed the respondent to maintain status quo with regard to the structures in the subject property and the petitioner shall not put up any additional constructions in the said property.
Having regard to these circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent not to interfere with the subject property of the petitioner except in accordance with law.
The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
