Admittedly, the writ Court had disposed of a petition preferred by one Smt. Rikeba Devi with the observation that her application for modification would be disposed of expeditiously. The applicant herein is admittedly is not a party to the said writ petition.
The contempt application is therefore misconceived, which shall in consequence stand dismissed.
