Sri Vivek Kumar Rai, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-University, upon instructions, informs that the petitioner has now been permitted to appear in the back papers for the LL.B. second year examination 2015-16 and, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed.
The instructions be kept on the record. A copy of the instructions may also be supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.
Under such circumstances, the writ petition has become infructuous. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
