Learned counsel for the parties do not dispute that in somewhat similar facts and circumstances, this Court has already disposed of Writ Petition No.5449 of 2018 (Ram Kumar Mishra Vs. State of U.P. and others) on 19.3.2018, on following terms:-
"Considering the above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.4, alongwith certified copy of this order, within two weeks from today. It shall be open for the petitioner to point out the factual error in computation of the amount of rent payable by the petitioner. The concern authority shall pass a fresh order quantifying the liability of petitioner to pay rent by charging standard rate from the petitioner till 16.1.2017, and thereafter penal rent also in terms of the Government Order of 1992 or any other subsequent order, which may have been passed. The amount already deposited by the petitioner shall be adjusted. The balance amount payable by the petitioner would be deposited by the petitioner, within a period of three months, thereafter."
This writ petition is also disposed of on the same terms. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner shall also vacate the premises, within a month from today.
