This Correction Application No. 2 of 2018 dated 27.02.2018.
Heard Sri D.K. Tripathi, Advocate holding brief for Sri Suresh Chandra Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner on the correction application.
This application has been filed with a prayer that the Respondent No. 4 in the array of respondents may be read as Upper Ziladhikari, Jaunpur instead of UP Ziladhikari.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead Upper Ziladhikari Jaunpur, before whom the matter is to be pending, in the array of respondents as respondent no. 8 today itself.
The correction application is allowed.
Following necessary correction has been made in the order dated 20.02.2018:
"In the second line of last paragraph of the order, in place of 'no.4, U.P.', "no.8, Upper" be read."
Office is directed to correct the certified copy of the said order or issue fresh copy of the order incorporating correction as made in the order.
