1. Heard Sri Vikas Anand, Advocate, holding brief of Sri A.Chaturvedi, Advocate, for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondents.
2. Dispute relates to appointment on the post of Shiksha Mitra. In view of subsequent developments, now appointment of Teachers in Primary Schools is governed by provisions of Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (hereinafter referred to as “Act, 2009”) and Rules and Regulations framed thereunder, hence, no effective relief can be granted.
3. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
