This Public Interest Litigation has been drafted in a cavalier fashion, inasmuch as, from the representation moved before the District Magistrate dated 29th July, 2018, we clearly find that laying down and soling of bricks on a village pathway is being disputed by one Daya Shankar Tripathi, who has neither been made a party nor, any averment has been made in the entire writ petition about the said dispute.
We, accordingly, dismiss the writ petition.
