The petitioners claim to be ration card holders and their grievance is that instead of continuing the attachment of cards to some other fair price shops, the fair price shops in their village should be settled.
Sri B.P. Singh Kachhawah, learned standing counsel states on instruction that the fair price shop in the Village - Manauna, Tehsil and District - Mainpuri has been settled on 13.6.2019 in favour of one Sri Sudhaker Singh. Thus, grievance of the petitioner does not survive.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, no cause of action survives in the present petition. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
