Heard Sri Rajiv Sisodia, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following relief:
i. Issue an order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing both the parties to maintain status-quo regarding possession of the house area 200 sq. yards at Village-Deettanpur, Tehsil-Dhampur, District Bijnor.
A perusal of records shows that the petitioners have filed Original Suit No.273 of 2019 (Rajesh Kumar and others vs. Pinki Jain and others) alongwith stay application for cancellation of the agreement to sale dated 08.05.2019 and the next date fixed is 18.07.209.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that this Hon'ble Court may grant an order of status quo to the private respondents as the private respondents intend to sell the property.
Since the petitioners have already filed a civil suit, they may pursue the same.
We are not inclined to interfere in writ jurisdiction. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
