This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief:
Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.3 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 16.7.2019 (annexure-10) and the memo of appeal of the petitioner dated 8.2.2019/11.07.2019 (Annexure 7 to the writ petition).
Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that the revisional committee- respondent no. 3 Regional Appellate Forum, through its Commissioner, Meerut Division, Meerut may be directed to decide the representation dated 16.7.2019 (annexure-10) and the memo of appeal of the petitioner dated 8.2.2019/11.07.2019 (Annexure 7 to the writ petition) within the stipulated period .
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the State and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the revisional committee-respondent no.3 Regional Appellate Forum, through its Commissioner, Meerut Division, Meerut to decide the appeal of the petitioner dated 8.2.2019/11.07.2019 (Annexure 7 to the writ petition) in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order after hearing the concerned parties.
