The challenge is to the order passed by the District Magistrate, Mirzapur in cancelling the caste certificate issued to the petitioner.
The petitioner has an alternative remedy by filing appeal before the Divisional Level Committee.
In view of above, we do not find any good ground to entertain the present writ petition.
The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
