After arguing at some length Sri Sandeep Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file revision assailing the impugned order before the appropriate authority if he so chooses.
The petition is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
Office is directed to return certified copy of the orders, if any, in accordance with law.
