Ref. Order on Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.1 of 2019.
Heard Sri M.A.Abdy, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sanjay Singh, learned AGA-1 appearing for the State and also perused the record.
The correction application has been moved for correction of the order dated 30.7.2019 passed by this Court.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the memo of application during the course of the day.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 30.7.2019 is corrected as under:
"In 2nd line of 2nd paragraph of the order dated 30.7.2019 Case Crime No.29 of 2017 is deleted and in its place Case Crime No. 29 of 2013 is substituted and the same shall be read as such."
Learned counsel for the applicant also prays for and is granted two weeks further time from today to file application for reclining NBW before the court below.
Accordingly the correction application stands disposed off.
Copy of the order be supplied to the learned counsel for the applicant on payment of usual charges today.
