This is an application for correction in the memo of bail application as well as in the order dated 3.2.2011.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that names of the 'Police Station and District' were wrongly typed as 'Police Station Ibrahim Pur - District Amebedkar Nagar' instead of 'Police Station Kotwali Nagar - District Faizabad' in the memo of bail application and consequently in the bail order wrong name of police station and District have also been transcribed. He, therefore, prays that he may be permitted to correct the memo of bail application and consequently correction may also be made in the bail order.
Application is allowed. Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the memo of bail application.
The bail order dated 03.02.2011 is also corrected to the extent that the words 'Police Station Kotwali Nagar - District Faizabad' be substituted in place of words 'Police Station Ibrahim Pur - District Amebedkar Nagar' .
