In terms of order dated 31.05.2018 in Writ A No. 13014 of 2018, respondent No.1 to the writ proceeding i.e. District Inspector of School, Ballia was required to consider the claim of the applicants for grant of approval to their appointment within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy.
According to learned counsel for the applicants certified copy of the order of the writ court along with covering letter was submitted in the office of opposite party on 6.06.2018. Admittedly, the order was not sent by registered post, nor there is any stamp of the office of opposite party No.1 on the covering letter.
In such view of the matter, this court is not inclined to entertain contempt application at this stage but leaves it open to the applicants to serve another copy of the order of writ court upon opposite party by registered post with request to comply and in which event, the opposite party shall bound by the direction issued by the writ court.
The contempt application stand disposed of.
