Petitioners claim to have been appointed as Assistant Clerk in Sri Gandhi Mahavidyalaya Malay Nagar, Malap, Balia on 17.4.2018. According to the petitioners, papers have been forwarded to the District Inspector of Schools for grant of approval, but the matter has remained pending ever since then. Advertisement published in newspapers have also been brought on record to submit that the procedure as was required has been followed.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioners' grievance shall be examined, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.1 to accord consideration to petitioners' claim for grant of approval, in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned order to be passed, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated the entitlement of petitioners and all issue are left open to be considered by the authority concerned, at the first instance.
