Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ramesh Pundir, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
With regard to his grievance relating to grant of security (gunner) as there is considerable amount of threat perception to his life and property, he has submitted a request to the District Magistrate, Allahabad in the prescribed format on 05.09.2017 (Annexure-5 to the petition).
The limited relief pressed before us is for appropriate direction to the District Magistrate, Allahabad to get the matter enquired into. Depending upon the report received regarding threat perception to his life and property, the Committee may take appropriate decision within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
