JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 59
Case :- CONTEMPT APPLICATION (CIVIL) No. - 3173 of 2018 Applicant :- Rajesh Kumar Shukla Opposite Party :- M.K. Agrawal, Chief Engineer Purvanchal Vidhyut Vitran Nigam Ltd.
Counsel for Applicant :- Nagendra Nath Mishra
Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
This petition alleges disobedience of a final judgment rendered on 6 March 2017 in terms of which it was provided that a temporary electricity connection would be provided to the applicant within a period of one week. It is not disputed before this Court that such a temporary connection was granted. The grievance of the applicant as voiced by the learned counsel is that a permanent connection has not been provided to the applicant till date. The Court however notes that no such further direction was issued or framed by the Court while disposing of the writ petition. Consequently, this Court finds no ground to entertain this petition in contempt.
The petition is dismissed.
Order Date :- 31.5.2018 Arun K. Singh
