Heard Shri Sujeet Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for the respondent no. 1 and Shri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents no. 2 and 3.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondent no. 3-Chief Executive Office, New Okhala Industrial Development Authority, District Gautam Buddh Nagar to revoke the deemed suspension order dated 23.11.2017 as the petitioner has been released from judicial custody on 30.5.2018. In this regard the petitioner has also filed his representation on 19.6.2018 under acknowledgement before the respondent no. 3, Annexure-8 to the writ petition.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping this writ petition pending.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3-Chief Executive Office, New Okhala Industrial Development Authority, District Gautam Buddh Nagar to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 19.6.2018 in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
Alongwith certified copy of this order, the petitioner shall also provide a copy of the representation dated 19.6.2018 to the respondent no. 3.
It is made clear that the court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merit.
