JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioners have challenged the order of termination from service dated 19th June, 1992.
All the petitioners claim their appointment in the Directorate of Ayurvedic Evam Unani Services made in 1991 and 1992. This Court by means by means of interim order dated 4th August, 1992 provided that in case work is available, opposite parties may consider taking work from the petitioners. The application for interim mandamus moved by the petitioner on 18.4.1994 discloses that pursuant to the interim order they had not been taken in service and employment.
In light of the aforesaid fact, there is no occasion to grant further relief at this stage. Therefore, the writ petition stands dismissed.
