This petition under Article 227 has been filed from an order passed in revision preferred by the other side. Therefore, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the revisional order dated 13.10.2017 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, in criminal revision to this Court. The present petition under Article 227 being an extraordinary remedy is, therefore, held not maintainable in view of a clear and efficacious alternative remedy being available against the order impugned.
This criminal misc. petition under Article 227 is, accordingly, dismissed as not maintainable on ground of alternative remedy. The applicant may avail his statutory remedy as available under the law.
Let the certified copies of the orders impugned be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
