Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
The correction application is allowed and the necessary corrections are carried out.
In the second and third paragraph of the order after the word (Senior Division), the word 'Court No.13' is mentioned and the year '2009' is deleted and replaced by year '2010'
In the last line of the second paragraph the words 'Rajesh Kumar Mishra v. State of UP and Others' is deleted and replaced by 'Smt. Sushila Devi and Another vs. Raj Kumar Misra'
The necessary corrections are carried out in the original order by hand in red ink.
