Present application has been filed for seeking a suitable direction to the Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court-1, Meerut to decide the application of the applicant dated 26.03.2019 preferred in S.T. No. 924 of 2016 (State Vs. Dr. Vishal Arya and another), under sections 498-A, 306 IPC arising out of Case Crime No. 414 of 2015, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Meerut expeditiously, preferably within the time stipulated by this Court.
Sri Vivek Kumar Singh, learned counsel on behalf of opposite party has vehemently opposed the prayer of the applicant.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel on behalf of opposite party and learned A.G.A. and after perusing the material on record, the petition is finally disposed off with a direction to the Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court-1, Meerut to decide the application of the applicant dated 26.03.2019 preferred in S.T. No. 924 of 2016 (State Vs. Dr. Vishal Arya and another), under sections 498-A, 306 IPC arising out of Case Crime No. 414 of 2015, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Meerut, most expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either the parties, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
