Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.
The petitioners are aggrieved by the notice issued by the respondent authority whereby about nine shop keepers were called upon to ensure that vehicle should not be parked in front of their shops. A copy of the notice is brought on record as Annexure-1 to the writ petition.
Petitioner has submitted a reply to the authority concerned on 15th September, 2018. The authority after considering the reply has passed an order on 1.10.2018 calling upon the petitioners in respect to the parking area.
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State functionaries and Mrs. Arti Raje, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.2, 4 and 5.
Taking into consideration the entire facts and circumstances of the case, we do not find it a fit case to interfere at this stage. The petitioners have been called upon to submit reply in pursuance to the order dated 1.10.2018, we hope and trust that the authority concerned shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law considering the issues raised by the petitioners.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
