JUDGMENT / ORDER

With reference to the order dated 11th January 2012, it is pointed out that the draft available with the Bank could not be deposited with the Court and it is in the custody of the learned advocate for the Bank. This matter is posted for hearing tomorrow i.e. on 19th January 2012 in view of the urgency and the draft which is, presently, lying with the learned advocate for the Bank, shall remain in his custody till tomorrow. S.O to 19th January 2012.
