The applicant has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to direct the court below to decide the S.T. No. 123 of 2016, Ste vs. Rajesh Chauhan bearing case crime no 764 of 2015, under section 363, 366, 342, 504, 506 I.P.C. P.S. Sector 58 Noida, District Gautma budh Nagar expeditiously.
Learned consel for the applicant has submitted t hat the F.I.R. was lodged against the applicant and the police after concluding the investigation submitted charge sheet under section 363, 366, 342, 504, 506 I.P.C. Thereafter the applicant appeared before the court below and the charges were framed against him on 8.8.2016 and thereafter P.W.1 has been examined on 23.5.2018, however, the trial is pending since then as such the trial court be directed to expedite the trial.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial court is expected to make all endeavours to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
With the aforesaid observation, the application is disposed of finally.
