This is third bail application. The first and second bail application were rejected on merit.
In the present case one person died and 10 persons suffered injuries.
The paper book is already ready.
There are three connected appeals and one against acquittal.
In the connected appeal, which was filed against acquittal, learned counsel for the respondents is not present, though learned counsel for the appellant is present.
In view of the fact and circumstances, since there is no new ground except delay, therefore, the present third bail application is hereby rejected.
On the request of learned counsel for the parties, list this appeal for final hearing on 28.03.2016.
