Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record.
Grievance of the petitioners is that the Revision/Appeal being Revision No.C201915000000800 of 2019, under Section 38(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which was filed along with a Stay Application was not being decided. A prayer, therefore, has been made for a direction to decide the aforesaid Revision expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid Revision.
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Revision being Revision No.C201915000000800 of 2019, under Section 38(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, be decided, unless there is any legal impediment, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. On the Stay Application, order shall be passed within a period of two weeks from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioners' counsel.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
