Notices on behalf of opposite parties have been accepted by Mr. Kapil Mishra, learned Advocate.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the opposite parties.
Through the present writ petition the petitioner has raised dispute regarding electricity bill on the ground that the same is not applicable for the consumption of load as has been sanctioned to the petitioner.
For redressal of his grievance he has already submitted a representation to the Executive Engineer, Mahanagar, Aliganj U.P. Power Corporation L.E.S.A. Lucknow i.e. opposite party no.2, whereas learned counsel for opposite parties submits that the Executive Engineer has already taken decision on the petitioner's representation and after considering the petitioner's case under One Time Settlement Scheme, the balance amount of Rs. 74,803.00 has been asked for payment but the petitioner still disputes so. He further submits that against the order passed by Executive Engineer the forum of appeal is provided to the petitioner.
In the light of facts and circumstances of the case, we hereby dismiss the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order impugned before appropriate forum.
