In view of the communication dated 14.3.2012 addressed by the Circle Police Officer, Dhandhuka Circle, Dhandhuka, to the office of the Government Pleader, High Court of Gujarat, and further charge-sheet No.24/12, dated 10.3.2012 filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Dhandhuka, about deletion of section 376 of the Indian Penal Code qua the petitioner, at this stage, the learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application.
