Heard Sri Akhilesh Kumar, counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Solicitor General of India.
By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to issue correct/proper marks-sheet as the same is required to the petitioner in regard to his employment.
The grievance of the petitioner needs to be examined by respondent nos.2 at the first instance. The petitioner appears to have already made an application vide annexure No. 13 dated 25.9.2019 which is stated to have been pending.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation, ventilating all his grievances supported by such documents within a period of two weeks from today. In case any such representation is made, the respondent no.2 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the above direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
