Learned counsel for the side opposite submitted that in the instant case, the petitioner has not challenged the order of cancellation of appointment.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file fresh.

To the aforesaid, learned counsel for the side opposite have no objection.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
