Vandana Sharma, petitioner no.2 has appeared before this Court and she states that she has voluntarily married with Rajat Kumar, petitioner no.1. In support of her age, she has produced High School Marksheet showing her date of birth 26.4.1999.
In the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction that the petitioners shall not be arrested in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. dated 4.11.2018 registered as case crime no.581 of 2018 under sections 363,366 I.P.C., Police Station Chandausi, District Sambhal till submission of police report under section 173(2) Cr.P.C.
