Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned AGA and perused the impugned F.I.R, as well as material brought on record.
The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R, dated 31.12.2018 registered as Case Crime No.
472 of 2018, under sections 379,307,504,506 IPC and 4/21 Mines and Mineral Act, 1952 P.S. Chilkana District Saharanpur.
The report produced by the learned A.G.A which is taken on record indicates that vehicle in question is parked at the residence of the petitioner and upon specific query made to his brother Mohit, he informed that tractor was purchased by his father but was not registered in his name.
Considering the nature of the allegations made in the F.I.R, we are not inclined to interfere as cognizable offence is disclosed.
The writ petition is dismissed.
