The present petition has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report dated 28.10.2019 under section 2/3 U.P. Gangster Act in Case Crime No.464 of 2019, P.S- Cantt., District-Bareilly.
Looking to the allegations made in the First Information Report, we do not find any good ground to interfere.
