Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
This application has been filed with the prayer for expeditious disposal of the bail applicationof applicant in case crime no.296of 2010 under Sections 302, 201 IPC of P.S. Kotwali Kannauj, District Kannauj.
I have gone through the record the application is disposed of with a direction that in the event aplicant appears and moves a bail application, the same shall be decided expeditiously on merits.
