Sri.V.G.Arun, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants in these Criminal Appeals submits that the matters arising in respect of these appeals have been settled between the disputing parties and that the respective appellants (complainants) in these cases have received the amounts from the respondents (accused) concerned in pursuance of the settlement and that these appeals can therefore be closed as settled. Accordingly, these Criminal Appeals stand dismissed as not- pressed in view of the aforementioned submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants.
