THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
O R D E R The petitioner has challenged the circular dated 04-05/04/2017 issued by the respondent No.2 inter alia seeking a direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner to write the examination of the pending subjects relating to III year LL.B Course.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit ad idem that the Circular dated 04-05/04/2017 was the subject matter of the W.P.No.23453/2017 whereby the validity of the Circular has been upheld and the same has been confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1040/2018 [D.D. 30.05.2018]. Yet another Division Bench in W.A.Nos.6767- 6781/2017 [D.D. 13.12.2017] has taken the same stand. In view of the same, writ petition deserves to be dismissed.
3. The said submission is placed on record.
In view of the aforesaid, writ petition stands dismissed.
