As per the earlier order dated 28.3.2012, it is mentioned that learned advocate Mr. H.S. Munshaw has received instructions to appear for and on behalf of the opponent herein. Mr. Munshaw appears today and has submitted that in fact the sole proprietor of the opponent concerned has expired on 19.12.2011. According to Mr. Munshaw, the industry has been transferred to another party. Let these facts be placed on record by way of an affidavit on behalf of the legal heirs of deceased Shri Kishorebhai P. Haloni.
