The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Case No.T- 201814360306657 (Rajaram & Ors. Vs. Rudai & Anr.) under section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending in the Court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Machhalishahar, District Jaunpur may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.T- 201814360306657 (Rajaram & Ors. Vs. Rudai & Anr.) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
