Heard the counsel for the petitioner.
The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition relates to encroachment over Gaon Sabha plots.
The petitioner has a remedy to approach the Tehsildar under Section 67 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006. In case, the petitioner files an application before the Tehsildar under Section 67 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006, the Tehsildar shall take appropriate action in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
