In the instant case the petitioner has prayed for expediting the Suit no. 2566 of 2018 Computerised no. T-201802020502566 (Rajaram Vs Ramlakhan) filed before the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Kaushambi in the year 2018.
No good cause has been shown as to why hearing of the suit proceedings should be prioritized over other matters pending before the court below.
It is open to the petitioner to submit an appropriate application before the learned court below.
The writ petition is dismissed.
