Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed for direction upon the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Kanpur Nagar to decide Case No.29/70 of 2017 (Rajaram Vs. Smt. Aradhana), under Section 25 Guardian and Wards Act, within stipulated period.
From the last order dated 20th January, 2018 passed in the proceeding, it appears that the matter was taken up but no party was present and therefore 25th April, 2018 was the date fixed.
In view of the above, this Court finds no good reason to issue any specific direction upon the court concerned. It is expected that in absence of any legal impediment the court shall bring the proceeding to its logical conclusion expeditiously, in accordance with law, without entertaining unnecessary adjournments from the parties.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed off.
