Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
Learned Standing Counsel states that since the petitioner who was incarcerated for more than forty eight hours has already been enlarged on bail on 10 January 2019, it would be appropriate to enable him to approach the competent authority for revocation of the order of suspension.
Accordingly, this petition shall stand disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move the second respondent for revocation of the impugned order of suspension in accordance with the relevant statutory rules.
