1. Sri Vikash Chandra Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri Santosh Kumar, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 4.
2. Sri Santosh Kumar on instructions submits that salary of the petitioner for period from July, 2015 to 9.10.2015 has already been paid and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.
3. A copy of his instruction has been supplied to Sri Vikash Chandra Tiwari for his record. Another copy is taken on record.
4. In view of such instructions sent by District Basic Education Officer, Shahjahanpur, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
