Affidavit of compliance filed today is taken on record.
In view of the affidavit of compliance filed by learned Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent nos.3 and 4 wherein it is stated that in compliance of the order dated 23.7.2019 passed by this Court, the claim of petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground has been decided. The petitioner has been allowed to join duties of the post-in-question.
It is, thus, submitted that the dispute as raised in the present petition has been brought to its logical end.
In view of the said statement and affidavit of compliance filed today, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
