JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr. Chudgar, learned advocate for the applicant - original respondent, and Mr. Mehta, learned advocate for the opponent - original petitioner.
Mr.
Chudgar, learned advocate for the applicant - original respondent, has submitted that in view of the order dated 5.3.2012 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in Misc. Civil application (Contempt) No.510 of 2012 in Special Civil Application No.17612 of 2011, the writ petition being Special Civil Application No.2389 of 2012 has become infructuous.
Mr.
Mehta, learned advocate for the opponent - original petitioner, has confirmed the said aspect and agreed with the submission of Mr. Chudgar.
In view of the joint submission by learned counsel for the contesting parties, since the writ petition being Special Civil Application No.2389 of 2012 has become infructuous, the same stands disposed of as having become infructuous. Notice is discharged.
In view of the disposal of writ petition being Special Civil Application No.2389 of 2012, present Civil Application does not survive. Hence, present application also stands disposed of accordingly.
