JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed, by the friend of the detenu, namely, Senthilkumar, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records connected with the detention order of the first respondent, in Cr.M.P.No.04/2016 dated 14.03.2016 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body and person of the petitioner's friend, by name Senthilkumar, son of Rengaraj Achari, aged about 38 years, detained in Central Prison, Tirchy, before this Court and set him at liberty.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of detention passed by the first respondent as against the friend of the petitioner is dated 14.03.2016 and thus, as on today this petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
